By Dave Nichols...

Too much to write in a blog without feeling like I am leaving so much out...The Sinclairs are awesome missionaries and representatives for Christ!  We are enjoying their Cameroonian hospitality and learning a great deal about the culture our first few days here.  It certainly is a different world in Africa than what we are used too in the United States.

As we share the Gospel with those we come into contact with here in Cameroon, our lives are impacted as well.  It is amazing to see the happiness in the faces of those who have so little.  The Christians here at Faith Baptist Church (Bemenda) and Bible Baptist Church (Bambilli) are a joy to talk with as they share testimony of the grace of God in their lives.

Our night watchmen (Hilary, Micheal, and Henry) have been such a blessing to our group.  The boys are especially enjoying getting to know Hilary.  He is roasting corn for them this evening and our boys are showing him how to roast marshmallows.

Driving in Cameroon is a fun experience.  The lines--on the few roads that have them--don't seem to mean much, and seeing an entire family on a motorcycle taxi is entertaining.  I saw 5 people on a 100-150 cc motorcycle today!  We fit 23 of us in a Toyota church van today.  Pastor Ben says it seats 19, and they have had up to 53 people in it before--wow!  In America, we would probably put 12 people in it. :-)  Our church buses are looking better all the time.

Everyone on the team is doing such a great job getting their portion of the work done and making preparations for this week.  Tomorrow we start the Bambilli Youth Rally and HBS in Bamenda starting Tuesday.
