End of HBS!! 320 today and 401 different kids!!

What a day!! We were stretched to max trying to fit the kids into the opening assembly!! Good thing we had some extra candy to use for crowd control. It was a joy to be outside the building and hear the kids yell, "Hey, Fred" and laugh at Mr. Goofball. There were kids everywhere. The kids here listen very, very well so lesson time went very well. At least 36 kids in my ant class indicated the last day that they had understood the gospel for the first time this week! We has the parents program tonight. Over 200 kids showed up and we gave out all 84 bags for parents tonight. The kids did a fabulous job and everything was great until we tried to give out one balloon to each kid and had a mob.

What an amazing week. More later I'm exhausted!!

Happy people after the parent's program.
The Butterfly class.  The Butterfly team was amazing and had the most difficult job of any of us - babies, twos, threes, fours, fives.....
Pretty girl in a beautiful outfit.

Some of the Ant class at the parent's program.  We kept the kids all outside as the parents filled up the church.  They were so proud of their ribbons.  I bought 200 ribbons and we had just over that.  Two of the Sinclair kids willingly gave their ribbon to a child who needed one.  I saw Drew give his away and it brought tears to my eyes!  What a servant.
Opening assembly, last day.  It got even more crowded after this picture.
Pastor Quilty has the blue ants and Seth had the yellow ants. The red and the green ant class were ready to go in the craft room.  We were waiting for the butterfly class to come out.  The bee class is coming in from the game circle.

More ants the night of the program.
Seth and the yellow ants.  Sorry, no bee photos from this evening.  They were behind the church and I didn't get back there.
Look at the bee class on the game circle!!
In the rush to leave for the Parent's program I remembered everything except the fun dip candy... I felt really bad about that.  We all had some fun dip after dinner. Diane, a national, made us an authentic Cameroonian dish - and it was good!
